What's one key piece of advice that you were given that really stuck with you?

Tara: It goes back to building relationships. I cannot say this enough, build relationships. It wasn’t even something that was handed to me, but it really was what I saw growing up. Good things come to people who build relationships, genuine relationships, over the long haul.

If you could give your younger self any advice, what would it be?

Tara: Go with your gut and be okay with it. Don’t try to think your way out of everything.
