Challenge: DuPont Community Credit Union’s redesigned Harrisonburg Branch not only represented a unique new look for DCCU, it also presented an entirely new approach to banking for their members and the community. Instead of a teller counter, the new branch features “service islands”; instead of lines to stand in, the new branch offers a coffee lounge; etc. With a new banking experience this innovative, an equally innovative campaign was needed.
Solution: Television spots featured 3D animation that worked features and benefits text into a real-time “tour” of the branch. Production was an intensive process, as camera and actor motion had to match the intended animation plan – but the payoff was a campaign that reflected the personal service and innovative new approach of DCCU.
