Challenge: DuPont Community Credit Union wanted to reach out to potential members in a memorable and honestly straightforward way about how banking at the credit union is truly unique. Their message needed to be direct and compelling about the benefits of banking at DCCU, while also reflecting the friendly, no-pressure sales approach of the credit union.
Solution: Gravity Group produced an integrated campaign that centered around a key theme and hashtag, #EveryMemberEveryDay. Television spots, radio messages, social posts, etc. all utilized staff and member testimony to relay honest and heartfelt messages about how DCCU delivers service that is above and beyond. Television spots employed an interview technique made famous by documentary filmmaker Errol Morris, wherein interview subjects look straight into the camera lens to deliver their testimony (made possible by using a series of teleprompters). The result was a campaign that was not only direct and compelling, but visually appealing and unique, as well.
In addition to these TV spots, Gravity also produced versions for web video.
