Challenge: DuPont Community Credit Union wanted to reinforce their genuine commitment to the Shenandoah Valley community and their continued support of all of their members’ stories. DCCU’s message needed to accurately portray their credit union as a member-focused financial institution, since their story is truly the community’s story. DCCU’s campaign needed to reflect the values and beliefs of the people they enthusiastically serve — the hardworking and determined members of the Shenandoah Valley.
