SmileMakers Patient Profiles
SmileMakers needed to highlight their unique fear-free, pain-free approach in a way that was personal and relatable to people considering their own personal healthcare choices.
Gravity worked closely with SmileMakers and several of their patients to develop an online web video campaign around patients' personal experiences. This approach allowed SmileMakers to showcase the breadth of their services for patients of all ages, while telling personal stories of trust and life-changing smiles. Each web video in the series had a separate television, radio, email, and print campaign in addition to the website, PPC, and social media presence online.
Response to the web video stories and spots was positive, with client reporting marked increase in new contacts and current and potential patients mentioning the videos. One patient participant also reported being asked for her autograph after being seen in the campaign. SmileMakers' new tagline also emerged from the creative direction of this campaign - "Changing Smiles, Changing Lives"
