CHALLENGE
RMH Healthcare sought a way to celebrate the successes of their heart patients and heart team, while also increasing awareness of the dangers of heart disease in our community.
SOLUTION
Working closely with RMH Marketing, Gravity Group launched the "Heart Hero" campaign - an integrated marketing effort that tells the dramatic stories of RMH heart patient success stories using television, digital, radio, outdoor, email, CPC, Facebook Ads, and social. This approach allowed actual heart patients (as well as RMH doctors) to tell their stories and encourage prevention in their own words. The campaign was strategically executed with a new media channel being added each week, ensuring that the messages remained relevant to the target audiences.
RESULTS
In early results, RMH realized a 53% increase in visitors to their website and an increase in the average time on site of 27%. The comprehensive social strategy led to a 288% increase in Facebook fans and most importantly an engaged social community, seeing over 80% of those fans engaging with RMH on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
