CHALLENGE

DuPont Community Credit Union needed to increase awareness of their brand and of the “DCCU Difference” - i.e., what makes banking there so special.

SOLUTION

Gravity Group and DuPont Community Credit Union developed an integrated campaign including animated television spots, radio ads, print, environmental (billboard and bus ads), as well as digital components. The campaign centered around a theme that DCCU member service is much more unique and special than ordinary customer service. To reflect "the DCCU difference", we created a unique "world" for the DCCU members and staff portrayed in these messages. The result is a fun, personal, and honest feel that reflects the DCCU brand experience and positions DuPont Community Credit Union as truly unique and member-focused. Plus, all of the footage utilized (over 14,000 stills!) is of actual DuPont Community Credit Union staff.

RESULTS

The campaign is in its early stages, but DuPont Community Credit Union has received very positive feedback from potential and existing members alike.
