DCCU New Branch Campaign
DuPont Community Credit Union needed a fresh approach to promote the opening of a new Member Center in Harrisonburg, focusing on personal service and technology that allow members to bank the way they want.
Gravity Group and DuPont Community Credit Union worked together to develop a fully integrated campaign that included television, radio, print, environmental, and digital components such as PPC, mobile, and email marketing. Messaging for the campaign focused on two unique aspects of the new Member Center that improve the banking experience for members - personal service and eServices. These messages are a natural extension of DCCU’s brand story, building on their innovative, member-focused position.
Response to the campaign and DCCU’s new Member Center have been very positive, with over 360 new accounts opened between January and April 2012. Many came to DCCU in response to campaign messages, wanting to know more about the new Member Center provides as well as eServices.
